TRAINING PROGRAM
From day one, you're paired with a personal trainer. Over 4 to 6 weeks, you'll run real freight on real routes together, getting hands-on evaluation the entire way. You won't go solo until your trainer says you're ready — and you'll earn $650 a week throughout the process.
Your trainer will walk you through:

Safe operation of a Class A tractor-trailer on actual routes

ELD systems and hours-of-service rules

Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, done right

How to communicate with dispatch and follow company procedures
WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

Run a Class A tractor-trailer in full compliance with DOT regulations

Haul dry van freight, mainly east of I-35
-
Bi-weekly home time
-
Stay on schedule and keep your on-time delivery numbers strong

Stay current on ELD logs, DVIRs and trip paperwork

Inspect your equipment thoroughly before and after every shift
-
Keep dispatch and customers in the loop
PAY AND BENEFITS

$650 a week during training

$1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months as a new driver

$1,400 to $1,800 average weekly once you're established
