This role is vital in driving sales, managing landscape projects from inception to completion, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in landscape sales as well as extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their landscape needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the sales process by preparing proposals, presenting designs, and closing projects effectively.
- Manage multiple landscape projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Supervise on-site crews, providing guidance on landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, tree care, gardening, and maintenance tasks.
- Oversee the installation of landscaping features, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections throughout project phases to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, horticultural practices, and new landscaping technologies to enhance service offerings.
