Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide menus
- Assist with reservations and manage waitlist
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide recommendations
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service industry and guest relations
