Your Role: Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting client expectations through critical thinking and problem-solving.

Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.

Participate in client conference calls as needed.

Maintain organized and accurate client and firm documentation.

Monitor the Client Services inbox and ensure all client requests are acknowledged and responded to within 24 hours.

Cross-train to assist with client audits and the firm's internal audit process.

Learn and follow all client guidelines, work standards, and firm procedures.

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Schedule
Full-time Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Onsite
