We are seeking an experienced CCSP-K9 Program Manager to oversee and manage a TSA-licensed Certified Cargo Screening Program – Canine (CCSP-K9). This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with TSA requirements while supporting program readiness, operational excellence, and continued growth.
The ideal candidate brings strong working knowledge of TSA CCSP-K9 regulations and is capable of managing program operations, compliance, and stakeholder coordination at a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all TSA CCSP-K9 regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain required documentation, records, training logs, and compliance reports
- Prepare for and manage TSA inspections, audits, and corrective actions
Program Operations
- Oversee day-to-day CCSP-K9 operational activities
- Assist in ensuring handler and canine teams meet certification, performance, and recertification standards
- Maintain SOPs related to screening operations, chain of custody, and incident response
- Monitor quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts
Leadership & Training
- Provide oversight, guidance, and support to handlers and operational staff
- Coordinate required training, evaluations, and continuing education
- Promote a culture of compliance, safety, and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with **TSA CCSP-K9 programs in a management, compliance, or senior operational role
- Strong working knowledge of TSA CCSP-K9 regulatory and audit requirements
- Proven ability to manage compliance documentation and inspections
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
