Under general supervision, the General Maintenance Crew Leader performs advanced maintenance work on the Water Distribution System. This includes performing as a lead worker in the installation, maintenance and repair of the system and related equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
High school diploma, or equivalent, including or supplemented by courses in the mechanical metal and or electrical trades, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a General Maintenance Worker or similar position performing a variety of semi-skilled building and mechanical maintenance or repair tasks.
