GrayCo Properties seeks an energetic and enthusiastic individual to fill our leasing director position and our high-end, luxury apartment complexes. This is a powerful position and one GrayCo strongly supports with training, operational guidelines, rewards, and incentives.
This position is responsible for greeting prospective residents, showing them our apartments, grounds, and amenities, and providing them with an unforgettable experience that will make them want to move in today. This role also handles questions from current residents and assists in resolving any issues they may encounter while living on the property. The individual in this role also participates in marketing to local vendors posting on the Property's social media pages.
The position requires the ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Due to the prospective traffic, it is extremely critical that individuals be able to work their scheduled hours consistently and, if necessary, overtime hours when approved. Work schedules of a Leasing Director vary, and you are required to work weekends. This position will work at several locations throughout the week.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma. However, the position requires the ability to read and write English fluently, and the ability to perform basic intermediate mathematical functions accurately. A positive attitude and being able to deal with people in a pleasant and professional manner. Sales and customer service experience preferred. Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
