Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Shift Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience in our unique self-serve boba tea and ramen concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the self-serve boba & ramen process
- Provide drink and food recommendations to enhance experience
- Ensure customers feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit
Daily Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts
- Manage workflow and ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Assign tasks and ensure accountability
- Help train new employees and reinforce standards
Inventory & Product Management
- Monitor inventory levels and perform stock counts
- Assist with ordering and restocking supplies
- Ensure proper preparation and portioning of ingredients
Marketing & Promotion Support
- Introduce ongoing promotions and specials to customers
- Support execution of in-store marketing campaigns
- Help create a fun and engaging store atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.37 - $30.00 per hour
