Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Doggie Daycare Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, particularly dogs, and enjoy providing exceptional care in a daycare setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime and intervene when necessary ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the daycare area, including regular cleaning of kennels, play areas, and equipment.
- Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, reporting any concerns to management.
- Assist with feeding, administering medications, and providing basic care including bathing as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their dog's day.
- Handle heavy lifting when moving supplies or assisting with larger dogs.
- Clearly communicating with co-workers regarding dogs.
Experience
- Previous experience in dog handling or animal care is a necessity.
- Background as a veterinary technician or veterinary assistant is a plus.
- Familiarity with kennel operations is beneficial.
- Experience in pet sitting or working with animals in a professional setting is highly regarded.

Base Pay: $13.95 - $15.00 per hour
