Responsibilities:

Perform dishwashing duties, including washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining sanitation standards throughout the dietary department.

Prepare, cook, and serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.

Assist with food preparation and sanitation tasks.

Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Interact with residents in a friendly and compassionate manner.

Assist with other dietary department duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in food service, dishwashing, or healthcare preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
-
Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain).
