What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first impression of Furnace World by confidently handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Keep the service board full through inbound and outbound customer communication
- Schedule and dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan
- Create a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction
- Manage customer records and maintenance memberships
- Support the field team by helping calls run efficiently and smoothly
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years HVAC dispatch experience required
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys helping people
