What You'll Do
Depending on your experience and position, responsibilities may include:
- Fabricating and assembling steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings
- Operating fabrication equipment such as saws, press brakes, lasers, plasma tables, and welding equipment
- Performing quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Working with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependability and punctuality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
