Location: Grafton, OH (Daily dispatch from the Grafton site to customer locations)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Flexible start/end times based on project needs)
Compensation: $23.00/Hour starting rate + $0.50/Hour weekend premium

As a Field Services Technician, you will be hands-on in the field, ensuring industrial projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate light and heavy equipment, including pumps, vacuum systems, oil spill booms, generators, and skid steers.
Site Services: Use a variety of hand, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic industrial tools (including high-pressure washers) in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Material Management: Assist with sampling, manifesting, segregating, packaging, and shipping materials securely.
Safety First: Conduct all projects in strict accordance with federal, state, local regulations, and internal Site Safety Plans, including wearing appropriate PPE.
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel daily to various customer job sites & stay overnight as needed - MUST BE OK WITH TRAVEL
Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.
Preferred Skills (A Plus, But Not Required): Experience operating a front-end loader, forklift, or tow motor, or holding a valid CDL.
