Evergreen Companies is looking for reliable people to join our team in 2026!
Tasks would include equipment operation, turf establishment, hydroseeding/seeding, site preparation, sod laying, mowing, and general labor. We are looking for individuals with an excellent driving record (CDL Preferred), strong communication skills, and ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. The individuals must be able to calculate simple formulas for applying material to square footage and be able to use a smart phone for daily work. The Laborer/Equipment Operators will report directly to the lead foreman.
- Job may require 55-65 hours per week (guaranteed 40)
