Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Conduct statistical analysis for research purposes using R, SAS, or Python to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
- Develop ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading into SQL databases or Hadoop ecosystems.
- Collaborate on database design and management to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval for analytics projects.
- Contribute to natural language processing (NLP) initiatives by building models for text analysis and language understanding.
- Participate in data mining activities using big data tools such as Hadoop, Talend, and Spark implementation to uncover hidden patterns.
- Support scalability efforts for AI models through model evaluation, deployment strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Engage in research on quantum engineering applications related to AI/ML advancements when applicable.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a strong interest in AI/ML development.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C, or VBA is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or similar tools is essential.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, ETL processes, and big data technologies including Hadoop or Spark is preferred.
- Understanding of statistical modeling techniques and statistical analysis methods for research purposes.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or other machine learning cloud platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
