East West Property Management is hiring an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to be a go-to problem solver across our residential, multifamily, and commercial properties in Duluth and Superior. If you've been in the trades long enough to trust your own judgment on HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry calls - and you want steady, year-round work with a company that's growing — we want to talk.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair across HVAC, plumbing, appliances, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and general trades
- Make the repair-vs-replace call and see the work through
- Handle turnover work and respond to tenant service requests
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency calls (paid)
- Help mentor newer techs on the team
What we're looking for
- Proficient across most maintenance trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry)
- 3+ years in property maintenance, multifamily, facilities, or a related trade
- Your own hand tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass an MN BCA background check
- Willing to participate in on-call rotation
