Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a premier Logistics 3PL warehouse in the Whitestown, IN area, is seeking experienced forklift operators to join their team!
Production Operator Job Summary:
- Pay: $18 an hour
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 am to 5 pm
- Operate a variety of highly sophisticated packing machines, ensuring the inbound/outbound schedules are met.
- Work as part of a team to load and/or unload materials.
- Comply with company policies and safety guidelines, helping to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Accurately pick, pack, check, and load products to and from designated areas in the facility, as well as on and off trailers.
- Move materials packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
- Stack loads in the correct storage bays, following inventory-control instructions.
- Complete forms and handle documentation.
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year of related work experience
- RF Scanner experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or operating experience preferred .
- Attention to detail and efficient basic computer skills
- Proven ability to use basic mathematical skills
