Under the direction of the Executive Director of Health Professions and Dean of Nursing, the Lead Operations Administrator provides leadership for the operational planning, coordination, and execution of administrative functions within the Division of Nursing and Health Professions. This role supports division-wide initiatives by coordinating operational components related to program planning, regulatory support, enrollment-related processes, and external engagement logistics. The Lead Operations Administrator advises division leadership by translating goals into coordinated operational plans, systems, and measurable outcomes, while developing dashboards and cross-departmental processes to support complex academic and operational activities through effective implementation and follow-through. The position requires the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and the flexibility to maintain a variable schedule, including evening, weekend, and on-call hours, to support programs, events, community activities, and divisional operations. This position is currently in person at Highland Lakes/Southfield campuses, but will transition to our Orchard Ridge campus in Fall 2027!
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Preferred
EXPERIENCE:Three (3) years’ experience working with accredited healthcare programs.
