Legal Sea Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our Accounting & Finance team. This is a hybrid office position offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative corporate team while supporting restaurant operations throughout the company.

Audit and reconcile daily restaurant sales reports.

Review and process accounts payable invoices.

Research and resolve vendor payment and invoice discrepancies.

Prepare weekly check runs and payment processing.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Prepare accounting reconciliations and accrual schedules.

Support restaurant management with accounting-related questions.

Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

1–2 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience is a plus.
