Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various construction projects. This role involves physical labor, working collaboratively with other team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform tasks such as drywall installation, flooring installation, and door hanging.
- Support glass installation and fabrication as needed.
- Engage in masonry work and hardscape projects, including laying bricks or stones.
- Read blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Participate in remodeling projects, ensuring quality workmanship throughout.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Skills in drywall, flooring installation, stucco application, and masonry are highly valued.
- Experience with Wood Destroying Pest projects will be considered a plus.
