We are seeking a motivated Turn Lease Assistant to support our team during apartment turn season. In this temporary role, you’ll work closely with our leasing and maintenance teams to help ensure a smooth transition between residents while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a non-exempt, temporary position reporting directly to the Property Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily customer service operations to ensure a positive experience for residents and prospects.
- Provide excellent service to current, prospective, and former residents.
- Assist with apartment turnover efforts, helping prepare units for new move-ins.
- Support leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, and assisting with lease agreements and move-in paperwork.
- Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to frequently walk and occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
- Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned property
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
