POSITION: PT Clinical Coordinator-Allied Health Programs (Benefitted)
LOCATION: Williston, ND

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: This is a part-time position benefitted.
BACKGROUND CHECK: WSC does require a successful background check for the selected candidate prior to beginning employment.
JOB SUMMARY: The person selected for this position will be responsible for the managing, coordinating, and evaluating clinical education components for programs such as Surgical Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Paramedic to Nurse and Medical Assistant Programs. This position ensures students receive high-quality, compliant, and hands-on clinical experiences that meet accreditation standards and workforce expectations.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in healthcare or related field. Experience in clinical education, student supervision, or healthcare training. Knowledge of accreditation standards (CAAHEP or related agencies).
Preferred Requirements: Master's in healthcare, education or related field. Prior experience as a clinical coordinator, instructor, or program faculty. Experience with clinical tracking systems and learnign managment systems. Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
SALARY: $30,000 - $35,000 based on experience and education
