Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including billing, reservations, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, providing friendly and efficient guest check-in and check-out services.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor security systems and perform safety checks throughout the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating effective phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to facilitate smooth handovers to morning staff.
- Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
- Familiarity with resort environments or large hotels is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate professional phone etiquette.
