Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has excellent time management skills, and is committed to providing outstanding service in clients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, deep, move-in, and move-out residential cleanings.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients.
- Report any damages or concerns observed during cleanings.
- Follow Haven Luxury Home Cleaning's cleaning procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous residential cleaning experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and professionalism.
- Ability to pass a background check (if required).
Cleaning Products & Equipment
Applicants must provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment, including:
- Eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products.
- Health-conscious products that are safe for children and pets.
- EPA-registered disinfectants when appropriate.
- Vacuum, microfiber cloths, mop, buckets, and other standard cleaning equipment.
Products should be free from harsh chemicals whenever possible and align with Haven Luxury Home Cleaning's commitment to healthier homes and environmentally responsible cleaning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using environmentally friendly cleaning products.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques.
- Ability to work independently.
