Every phone call you answer has the potential to change someone's life.
At Fitness to Drive, we help older adults and individuals with medical conditions remain safe, independent, and mobile. Many of the people who contact us are anxious, uncertain, or have been encouraged by a physician or family member to consider a driving evaluation. Your job is to help them feel heard, understood, and confident that they have found the right place.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful difference every day.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective clients
- Answer incoming calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Help potential clients understand the value and benefits of a driving evaluation
- Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support office operations and administrative tasks
- Prioritize tasks while maintaining excellent customer service
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

You don't need a sales background—but you do need to be comfortable helping people understand why our services are valuable. Many callers begin the conversation uncertain about scheduling a driving evaluation. Through compassionate education and excellent communication, you'll help them make informed decisions.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
