Timber Bear is a purpose-driven wood product company based out of Pennsylvania creating premium achievement-based products for the fitness, wellness, physical therapy, sports performance, and personal development industries.
We are preparing for a major product launch built around a unique system of handcrafted wooden achievement products, including:
- Custom achievement boxes
- Wooden milestone coins
- Decorative wooden plate weights
- Decorative wooden kettlebell boards
- Business-branded client/member challenge systems
These products are designed to help gyms, personal training studios, physical therapy clinics, Pilates studios, yoga studios, wellness practices, schools, sports programs, and individuals celebrate progress, consistency, discipline, transformation, and personal achievement.
The bigger mission is simple:
Help people pursue meaningful goals, celebrate the work they put in, and create tangible reminders of progress.
Timber Bear also plans to donate 5% of every purchase to charity, making this brand not only product-driven, but purpose-driven.
We are now looking for an additional 10–15 qualified independent sales partners to help bring this launch to market.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional hourly sales job.
This is a ground-floor sales partner opportunity for motivated people who understand the fitness, wellness, coaching, therapy, or small business world and want to help introduce a new product category to businesses and individuals across the country.
The main focus will be selling Timber Bear’s achievement product systems to businesses such as:
- Gyms
- CrossFit-style facilities
- Personal training studios
- Pilates studios
- Yoga studios
- Physical therapy clinics
- Sports performance facilities
- Wellness clinics
- Private coaching businesses
- Youth sports organizations
- Schools, teams, and development programs
- Other health, fitness, or personal growth communities
The products are especially valuable for businesses that want to improve client engagement, retention, referrals, challenge participation, community culture, and member motivation.
In simple terms:
You will help businesses see these products not as decorations, but as tools that can increase engagement, create memorable experiences, and help their clients feel proud of their progress.
What You’ll Be Selling
Timber Bear’s launch product line includes multiple connected products:
1. B2B Achievement Boxes
Large, custom-branded wooden display boxes for businesses to showcase client/member achievement coins. These are designed for gyms, clinics, studios, and wellness businesses that want to create challenges, milestone programs, client recognition systems, transformation boards, consistency campaigns, and long-term community engagement.
2. Wooden Achievement Coins
Custom wooden coins used to mark milestones, challenges, consistency streaks, completed goals, transformations, personal records, program completion, client wins, or behavior-based achievements.
These can be ordered in packs by businesses and used as part of their client experience.
3. Wooden Plate Weights
Decorative wooden plate-weight designs for individuals, gyms, studios, offices, and fitness spaces. These are display pieces with motivational, branded, or personalized engraving options.
4. Wooden Kettlebell Boards
Decorative wooden kettlebell-shaped display products with similar personalization and branding opportunities.
5. Individual Achievement Products
Products for individuals pursuing personal challenges, health goals, faith-based goals, fitness goals, sobriety milestones, personal growth, weight loss, discipline, consistency, or family-based milestones.

We will provide product education, sales direction, talking points, examples, and support, but you must be willing to take action.
Responsibilities
Sales partners will be responsible for:
- Learning the Timber Bear product line and brand story
- Identifying qualified business leads in assigned or self-generated markets
- Reaching out to gyms, studios, clinics, wellness businesses, coaches, teams, and other potential clients
- Explaining the product system clearly and professionally
- Communicating how the products can help businesses improve engagement, retention, challenge participation, community culture, client motivation, and brand experience
- Following up with interested leads
- Tracking conversations and lead status
- Helping potential customers understand product options and launch timelines
- Coordinating with Timber Bear on quotes, questions, customer needs, and order details
- Representing the brand professionally
- Participating in launch updates, product education, and sales communication
- Helping generate momentum during the initial launch window
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
The current standard commission structure is expected to be:
10% commission on qualified sales generated by the sales partner
Additional performance bonuses may be available based on sales volume, launch milestones, and total order production.
Possible bonus opportunities may include:
- Monthly sales milestone bonuses
- Launch-window performance bonuses
- B2B order volume bonuses
- Team-based bonuses for future lead sales partners
- Long-term sales partner opportunities after the initial launch
Final compensation terms will be reviewed with qualified candidates before beginning.
Because this is a launch-stage opportunity, the right person has the potential to grow with the brand as the product line expands.
Example Earning Potential
Actual income depends entirely on effort, lead quality, conversion rate, order size, and follow-up.
Business orders may include achievement boxes, coin packs, custom-branded product systems, and additional add-ons.
Because the product line includes both business and individual options, there is potential for repeat orders, referrals, expansion orders, and future product sales.
This is best suited for someone who sees the long-term potential of helping launch a meaningful brand, not someone looking for guaranteed short-term income.
Schedule and Time Commitment
This role is flexible, but activity matters.
Sales partners may work part-time, but should be willing to consistently dedicate time each week to:
- Prospecting
- Outreach
- Follow-up
- Product learning
- Sales calls
- Lead tracking
- Communication with Timber Bear
The strongest candidates will be able to commit consistent weekly effort during the launch window.
Expected launch activity will begin in August, with major B2B outreach and ordering emphasis from September through November, followed by individual product promotion through the fall and holiday season.

Sales partners may work locally, regionally, or remotely depending on fit.
We are especially interested in people who can develop relationships with businesses in markets such as:

There may be opportunities to assign or protect certain territories depending on performance, market size, and launch strategy.
Independent Contractor Notice
This is an independent contractor sales partner role, not a traditional employee position.
Sales partners are responsible for their own schedule, outreach activity, and business expenses unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
This role does not include hourly wages, employee benefits, health insurance, paid time off, or guaranteed income.
All final terms will be reviewed in a written sales partner agreement before official onboarding.
