- REQUIRED: Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
- REQUIRED: Active Medication Management with Prescriptive Authority Certification
- 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience – Preferred

- You have a PASSION for providing Comprehensive & Compassionate care to patients
- You are an Excellent Communicator with an ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
