Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Duties:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs efficiently
- Weld and fabricate components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical diagnoses to non-mechanical individuals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and repair procedures
- Ability to read and comprehend vehicle schematics
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Familiarity with powertrain components and automotive repair techniques
- Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools
- Certification as a Service Technician is a plus
