Good Company Dental in Cottleville is entering an exciting new chapter. We're a thriving, privately-owned practice with 4 doctors and 9 hygienists, and we're about to break ground on a major expansion, growing to 28 operatories. As we build for the future, we're looking for an experienced Front Desk team member who wants to be part of something meaningful.
This isn't a role for someone who just wants to answer phones and check a box. We're looking for someone who takes real ownership of the patient experience — sharp, organized, and genuinely warm with people..
What We're Looking For

- Bring real front desk experience. You've worked the front of a dental (or similar medical) office before — scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and handling a busy phone line with ease.
- Lead with care. You genuinely love taking care of people. Patients feel welcomed the moment they walk in, and your teammates can count on you.
- Think on your feet. Schedules shift, insurance questions get complicated, and things come up. You stay calm, solve problems, and keep things moving.
- Communicate clearly. Whether it's a patient, an insurance company, or a teammate, you know how to listen well and explain things clearly and kindly.
