Asian Restaurant - Thai and Chinese. If you speak either language you will be well appreciated. Many of our employees have limited English.
Please come to the restaurant and ask for Nattha and provide your resume to her. She is the owner and hiring manager for the server/wait staff position.
We are highly rated and want to present good food and good customer experience. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Smiles and smiling personality is important to us and our customers.
Bartender experience a plus.

Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Our uniform shirts say that we will always smile for you!
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Thai and Cantonese.
- Take accurate orders using the TOAST POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted. We can orient you to TOAST if you need.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Cleaning is part of the job. We maintain clean dining and lounge areas and clean bathrooms. We have some cleaning guys for the bigger jobs.
- We mop the floor every day before opening and as needed. Keep the mop water clean, when it gets dirty, we have an easy way to empty and refill the bucket.
- Process payments accurately using cash register systems. Check larger bills for authenticity.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food served. We serve as the dishes are made.
- Provide assistance to team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Make sure take-out and delivery orders are correct before providing to the drivers.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Learn our menu. Thai and Cantonese.
- Excellent hospitality skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Must be able to lift trays and carry multiple plates while providing assistance as needed.
- You will need your food handler's certificate and Title 4 alcohol server training. We can pay the cost of the courses if you do not already have these certificates.
