We are actively seeking Caregivers and bilingual in English Spanish, we are also seeking Home Health Aides to join our amazing team and grow with us 2025. We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. ( bilingual are encouraged to apply)
Responsibilities:
* Provide routine individualized care to clients as well as persons with disabilities
* Monitor and report changes in patient health or mental status.
* Provide personal care, such as assistance with bathing and dressing patients
* Provide specialized healthcare such as reminding clients of taking and administering their medication
* Other services as needed by the clients.
Qualifications:
* Experience in home health, or other related fields. ( no experience, no worries; we will train the right motivated individuals)
* Positive individuals with a professional demeanor toward all clients
* Ability to build rapport with Individuals and their families
* Ability to handle physical lifting or assistance
* Compassion with clients as well as clients with disabilities
* Able to provide clear written and verbal communication notes
* Have PCM or be able to obtain PCM Training
* Must be able to pass Level 2 Background check
* First aid and CPR Certified or obtained within 6 months of hire
