Job Title: GMP Associate I – Manufacturing

Job Summary
Support manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, loading materials, assembling and packaging products, completing production documentation, and resolving basic equipment issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and molding equipment according to work instructions.
- Load automatic hoppers and monitor material levels.
- Perform assembly and packaging of products/components.
- Troubleshoot basic HMI (Human-Machine Interface) equipment faults and escalate issues when needed.
- Complete batch records, production logs, and GDP documentation accurately.
- Perform in-process quality checks and follow established procedures.
- Follow GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Follow cleanroom procedures and gowning requirements.
- Perform routine equipment and workspace cleaning/sanitization.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and Lean activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience with equipment operation, assembly, packaging, or molding preferred.
- Basic HMI experience is a plus.
- Cleanroom experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow work instructions, quality procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.75 per hour
