Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques and equipment
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces
- Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting high-touch areas and adhering to health guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a strong plus
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols related to cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
