Are you someone who likes to stay busy, work with your hands, and keep things moving?
ALULA is looking for a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to help keep our production lines supplied and our finished products moving where they need to go.
In this role, you'll be an important part of the team—moving raw materials to production, staging finished goods for storage or shipment, and helping keep our warehouse and production areas organized, safe, and running efficiently.

Your day will include a variety of warehouse and material-handling responsibilities, including:

Supply multiple production lines with the raw materials they need to keep production moving.

Remove finished products from production and stage them for storage or shipment.

Provide materials to the hand assembly area as needed.

Load and unload trucks in the shipping and receiving area.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.

Label, sort, organize, wrap, pack, and re-pack products and materials.

Safely move and stage materials and finished goods throughout the facility.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Perform sanitation tasks as assigned.

Communicate quality, food safety, product, or material concerns to the appropriate team members.

Help identify and address production needs to minimize downtime.

Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain required certifications for material-handling equipment.

Participate in required training and safety programs.

Work independently while staying connected with the production and warehouse teams.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Powered forklift experience is strongly preferred.
You'll need:

2+ years of powered forklift operating experience.

Completion of required forklift operator training.

Ability to maintain current certifications for material-handling equipment.
This is an active, hands-on position. You'll need to be able to:

Stand for an entire shift.
-
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
-
Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
-
Squat, bend, twist, push, pull, and reach.
-
Work at heights above ground level when required.
-
Perform tasks requiring visual attention to product and material quality.

Safely operate material-handling equipment.
- High school diploma or GED.
-
2+ years of powered forklift experience preferred.
-
Material handling, warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus.

Completion of required forklift training.
-
Must maintain a current driver's license appropriate for any company vehicle operated.

Personal vehicle insurance required if operating a TVS/ALULA vehicle.

If you have an out-of-state driver's license and reside in North Carolina, a valid NC driver's license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
