Job Description
Our client, a nationally recognized not-for-profit health system, is seeking an Imaging Systems Engineer for a +6-month contract (may extend). This is a fully remote role.
Job Summary
This team concentrates primarily on Imaging Systems for Radiology and Cardiology. Preferred candidates would have experience with systems in that family. Specifically: DICOM standards, medical technologies such as HL7, FHIR and IHE.
We also have a focus on cloud transformation.
A cloud practitioner or one familiar with cloud technologies and/or AWS would also be preferred. PACS (we have Intelerad, but truly any vendor), Powerscribe and those partnering vendor post-processing applications.
Familiarity with AWS server moves or a cloud practitioner.
Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent
- Preferred Master's Degree Or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in systems engineering (designing, implementing and supporting system and infrastructure services), with exposure to the complete systems development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, support and service level measurement)
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
