- Lead technical design and coordinate delivery of bridge and structural projects
- Perform structural calculations, modeling, and design reviews
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee quality control and assurance for all project deliverables
- Support construction-phase activities and provide technical guidance
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
- Act as a key liaison with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Assist with proposals, scopes, and technical documentation
- Contribute to internal standards and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 7+ years of experience in bridge or structural design
- Strong knowledge of bridge design standards and codes
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software
- Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively
