Now Hiring: Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to keep the store staffed, energized, and thriving. You’ll help lead a strong barista team, drive sales, and make sure every customer leaves happy (and caffeinated).
What you’ll do:
- Help lead and develop a fun, service-driven barista team
- Make sure drinks, service, and the store are always on brand
- Support hiring, training, and coaching team members
- Give real-time feedback and help the team grow
- Keep the store clean, stocked, safe, and running smoothly
- Track sales, expenses, and performance goals
- Help with scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- Make sure cash handling and POS processes are always on point
- Jump in wherever needed – because teamwork matters
You’re a great fit it you:
- Have at least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or food service
- Love leading people and bringing positive energy
