Metis/Risk Management Programs is looking for a Complex Claims Analyst to join our Legal team!
Full-Time | Roanoke, VA
In this role, you will perform tasks such as:

Review, analyze, and distill information from notices of claims and supporting documentation for entry into internal systems.

Review all first report documentation for initial determination of claim handling.

Collect all information from insureds, TPAs, brokers, and public sources.

Prepare reports as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:

College degree required.

Strong computer skills required.

Experience in insurance claims, legal administration, or a related support role preferred.

Experience in and/or exposure to large casualty claims preferred.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Roanoke, Virginia, location. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
