Part-Time Distribution Associate + Warehouse Associate — Join the Future of Luxury Amenities! (2 Positions)
$17–25/hour (base + bonuses and extra earning opportunities)
Part-time: 8–24 hours/week to start, with room to grow
Be part of an exciting, fast-growing company bringing unattended markets to luxury apartment communities — the future of catering and amenities. We’re building a stable two-person operations team from the ground floor — and character matters more to us than your résumé.
Distribution Associate:
- Pick up orders from suppliers and deliver to our warehouse
- Deliver pre-kits from the warehouse to apartment communities
- Stock the markets, tidy up, and keep them fully presentable
- Perform ad hoc stock counts based on visual reasonability
Warehouse Associate:
- Support procurement management — communicate what needs to be ordered
- Prepare and fulfill orders in totes with precision and accuracy
- Break down boxes and keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently
- Update our system with completed orders
Both roles are equal members of the team and get cross-trained on all duties — you’ll work independently, cover for each other, and keep operations running smoothly together.
What we’re looking for:
- Trustworthy and dependable — you’ll handle company vehicles, inventory, and unsupervised access to properties, so integrity is essential
- Self-motivated — you take ownership of your route and tasks without needing constant supervision
- Meticulous and organized — you take pride in doing the job properly, not just done
- A clear communicator who coordinates well with a teammate about completed work, inventory, and issues
- Able to follow systems and procedures, but use common sense when the unexpected happens
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to meet our insurance carrier’s driver requirements
- Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
- Professional, punctual, and presentable — you’ll be working inside luxury communities
- Looking for stable, long-term work
