Position Overview
PetWellClinic Leetsdale is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team. This position is ideal for a veterinarian looking for a rewarding clinical role with a predictable three-day-per-week schedule and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
We are a walk-in veterinary clinic providing accessible, high-quality care for dogs and cats. Our practice model allows veterinarians to focus on patient care and client relationships without many of the demands associated with traditional full-service hospitals.

About the Role
As a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to canine and feline patients, including:
- Wellness and preventative care
- Vaccinations
- Physical examinations
- Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and minor injuries
- Chronic disease management
- Client education and communication
- Building lasting relationships with pets and their families
- Recognizing cases that require referral to a full-service or specialty hospital
Our walk-in model provides variety throughout the day while allowing you to practice medicine within a clearly defined scope.
Qualifications
Required:
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Current Pennsylvania veterinary license, or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, walk-in clinical environment
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach to patient care
Preferred:
- Previous small-animal general practice experience
- Experience in a walk-in, urgent-care, or outpatient veterinary setting
- Interest in developing long-term relationships with patients, clients, and the local community
