Veterinary Technician Assistant | Alma Vet Connection | Wellington, FL | Full-Time | M-F 8am-5pm
Alma Vet Connection is a Fear Free veterinary practice in Palm Beach County offering holistic, personalized care that blends conventional and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. Our team is built on connection, curiosity, and accountability, and we hold ourselves to a high standard in everything we do, including how clean our hospital is and how our clients feel every single time they interact with us.
We are looking for a Veterinary Technician Assistant who takes pride in the unglamorous work that makes everything else possible.

What you will do:
- Keep the hospital clean, stocked, and running smoothly throughout the day
- Support the Client Experience Specialist with phones, check-ins, check-outs, and client communication
- Assist the care team with exam room prep, patient handling, and basic nursing tasks as you grow into the role
- Document accurately in patient records and help ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Walk, feed, and care for hospitalized patients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner with clients
- Willingness to clean, restock, and do the work that keeps the team moving
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
Bonus: Any animal handling experience, Fear Free exposure, or veterinary clinic background is a real plus and will help you grow into patient care responsibilities faster.
