Direct Support Professional (Community Engagement DSP) | Monday–Friday | Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities | Immediate Hiring
What You'll Do:
- Supporting individuals during community outings and activities
- Encouraging independence and personal growth
- Assisting with daily goals and skill development
- Promoting social engagement and community inclusion
- Documenting activities and progress accurately
- Providing safe, respectful, and person-centered support
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (no weekends)
- Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
- Work between 3–5 days per week

Minimum Qualifications for the position:
- MUST be available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 4 PM or 5:30 PM.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must reside on the Hampton Roads peninsula
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
