A well-established construction organization in La Palma is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Contracts Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a contracts administrative professional with construction industry experience who understands the importance of accurate documentation, compliance tracking, contract support, and timely follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
- Support construction contract administration, including contract review, change orders, documentation tracking, and related compliance tasks.
- Prepare, file, and track preliminary notices, lien releases, bonds, and other construction-related documents.
- Manage insurance documentation, including certificates of insurance, OCIP-related information, and required compliance records.
- Upload and maintain large volumes of project and contract documentation through online systems and internal tracking tools.
- Assist with business license renewals and certifications for California, Arizona, and Nevada.
- Maintain accurate contract trackers and provide administrative support to ensure deadlines, documents, and requirements are completed on time.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
