Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, update customer records, and manage files using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, organizing office supplies, and maintaining organized records.
- Support office management activities by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments with efficiency.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Provide bilingual support when needed to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
Requirements
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to support diverse customer needs.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to support diverse customer needs.
- Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties, personal assistant responsibilities, or bookkeeping is a plus.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
