Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual to assist clients in the purchase and sale of residential homes in the extended Twin Cities area and throughout Minnesota. This position focuses on client service, property showings, and transaction coordination while working within a team-oriented real estate office.
We provide structured training, mentorship, and administrative support to help new associates learn the residential real estate process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective buyers and sellers to understand housing needs
- Show homes and attend property tours with clients
- Host and assist with open houses
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the transaction
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies
- Prepare and review purchase agreements and related paperwork
- Enter and manage client information in the company CRM system
- Attend weekly training and coaching meetings
- Follow up on company-provided leads and referrals
Training & Support
New associates receive:

Paid for - Pre-licensing education guidance is available for candidates who have not yet obtained a Minnesota real estate license.

Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
