About Amplifi Lending
Amplifi Lending, LLC is a technology-driven lender and servicer purpose-built for the RV, Marine, and adjacent recreational markets. By pairing an agentic, automated origination and servicing platform with disciplined credit and capital markets execution, Amplifi delivers scalable, high-quality asset origination in underserved markets.
For our dealer partners, that combination means faster decisions, cleaner funding, and a lending partner that understands their business, their inventory, and their customers.
Amplifying ownership. Simplifying the journey. Making life better.
The Role
As a Business Development Account Executive, you will develop and maintain profitable, high-quality indirect lending relationships with RV and Marine dealers, growing a moderate-to-large portfolio of dealer-originated consumer loans alongside our full suite of point-of-sale and ancillary products.
This is a remote, field-based position with nationwide coverage. You must reside in either the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex or the Florida market and maintain a functional home office. Expect to travel approximately one week per month to dealer locations, annual industry conferences, boat shows, and RV shows.
The role balances new business development with long-term relationship management. You will open new dealer accounts, deepen and defend the relationships you win, and serve as the face of Amplifi across the industry.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new RV and Marine dealer relationships
- Grow and maintain a moderate-to-large portfolio of dealer-originated consumer loans and related products
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for your dealer accounts, covering sales, service, and issue resolution
- Train dealership finance and sales staff on Amplifi's programs, submission requirements, and product set so that applications arrive complete and fund efficiently
- Demonstrate measurable value to dealer partners, which requires thorough working knowledge of both Amplifi's programs and competing offerings
- Monitor competitive activity in your markets and bring product, pricing, and process recommendations to our credit and product teams
- Collaborate closely with credit, funding, and servicing partners to move applications from submission to funded while protecting portfolio quality
- Represent Amplifi at annual conferences, boat shows, and RV shows
- Support and help train less experienced team members as the team grows
Who Thrives Here
Amplifi is a collaborative, team-first environment. The colleagues who do best here tend to share a few traits:
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated. You set clear targets, track your progress, and hold yourself accountable to results.
- Coachable. You welcome direct feedback and adjust quickly.
- Disciplined and self-directed. A remote, field-based role rewards people who structure their own week and follow through without close supervision.
- Resilient. Dealer development involves persistence through setbacks, and you stay focused through it.
- Collaborative. You treat credit, funding, and servicing colleagues as teammates and share credit for wins.
- Great Communicator. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with outstanding communication skills and a personable, professional presence. The ability to establish rapport and maintain strong business relationships is critical to success in this role.
Candidates who have succeeded in high-accountability team environments — including collegiate or competitive athletics, military service, or other performance-driven settings — often find this role a strong fit.
