Responsibilities:

Oversee the sales process for new vehicles

Manage and train the sales team to meet performance goals

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share

Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
Required: Proven experience in automotive sales management – GM experience is a plus!-
Required: Strong leadership and communication skills

Required: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Preferred: Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and trends

Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems
