Your Role:

Oversee survey crews and ensure quality control across multiple projects.

Develop and maintain 3D terrain models for machine control.

Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to establish survey control.

Manage data flow between field and office, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving.

Train and mentor survey staff, ensuring safety and precision at every step.
What You Bring:

10+ years in construction survey, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Expertise in Civil 3D, Carlson, Trimble Business Center.

Strong knowledge of GPS, robotic total stations, and automated machine control.

Ability to lead, adapt, and communicate effectively.

Preferred: Professional Surveyor license
