CLEAN TEAM IN KNOX is seeking a trustworthy, detail‑oriented cleaner to join our team. We provide premium residential and small commercial cleaning services throughout West Knoxville and Farragut. Trust is the most important requirement — we work inside clients’ homes and businesses, so honesty, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
This part‑time position works directly with management and can very easily grow into a full‑time role for the right candidate who shows consistency, strong work ethic, and commitment to our standards.
⭐ Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes and small commercial spaces
- Dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, and general tidying
- Follow CLEAN TEAM IN KNOX cleaning standards for consistent, high‑quality results
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely
- Maintain a professional, friendly attitude with clients
- Arrive on time and complete cleanings within scheduled timeframes
- Protect client property and maintain confidentiality
- Communicate clearly with management about supplies, issues, or client needs
⭐ Requirements
- Trustworthiness is the #1 requirement
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a background check
- All new hires must complete CLEAN TEAM IN KNOX training to learn our standards, procedures, and requirements for cleaning
- 90‑day probation period applies to all new employees
- Reliable transportation to homes and businesses in West Knoxville / Farragut
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
⭐ Pay Range (Detailed)
$15.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience, reliability, and performance.
$15/hr
- Entry-level cleaners or candidates with limited professional cleaning experience.
- Must show reliability, willingness to learn, and consistency.
$17–$18/hr
- Candidates with solid residential or commercial cleaning experience.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, good communication, and dependable work habits.
$19–$20/hr
- Highly experienced cleaners with exceptional reliability and professionalism.
- Works independently, maintains high client satisfaction, and consistently meets CLEAN TEAM IN KNOX standards.
