What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
- Provide leadership and support to nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting a safe environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current Florida RN or LPN license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care
